Full Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Our firm representative will collect you up from the airport at either Kilimanjaro International Airport, Arusha Airport, or Namanga border. They will take you on a 1-hour trip from Arusha to your lodging where you will spend the night.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up from your lodging and transport you the approximately 2-hour distance to Tarangire National Park. The Tarangire region is well renowned for its herds of elephants, savannah, famous baobab trees, seasonal marshes, and the Tarangire River, which sustains life. At the river, animals congregate, and giraffes, bushbucks, and hartebeest are frequently spotted. Also living in the park are buffalo, zebra, and wildebeest. A variety of predators, including lions, leopards, and cheetahs infrequently, closely monitor these creatures. You may take in the scenery and observe the wildlife from the safari truck’s open roof while you’re inside. You will take pleasure in a picnic lunch in the park that consists of a delectable meal and soft beverages. After spending the entire day in the park, you will drive to your lodging where you may unwind, eat dinner, and spend the night.

Day 3: Karatu to Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you’ll pick up a lunchbox from your lodging and travel on to Lake Manyara National Park, the ultimate safari location. This park is 120 kilometers west of Arusha and is very small but diversified. A little salt lake bears the park’s name. It covers a sizable portion of the park, changing its moisture content with the seasons. Thousands of flamingos and more than 500 different bird species call it home. Monkeys, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, elephants, and, hopefully, lions relaxing in the trees can all be seen while exploring the park. The park is renowned for its diverse topography, which includes cliffs covered with baobab trees, as well as broad, grassy plains and woodlands home to primates. You will proceed directly to your lodging in Karatu for dinner and your overnight stay at Eileen’s Trees Inn or a comparable establishment after another game drive.

Day 4: Karatu to Serengeti National Park

You will proceed to the verdant highlands after breakfast, where the Iraqi people grow corn, wheat, and coffee. You will be able to see the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater as you pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area before continuing on to the Serengeti National Park with a picnic lunch that you will have brought along. Serengeti will be reached by afternoon. The Serengeti National Park is the largest park in Tanzania and features a variety of habitats and sceneries, including grassy plains, lakes, marshes, and savannah. You will travel to your lodging after a long game drive, where you will have dinner and spend the night at Serengeti Heritage Tented Camp or a similar place.

Day 5: Full Day in Serengeti National Park

You will spend the entire day in this amazing, never-ending plain visiting the park, its inhabitants, and the breathtaking vistas. The Serengeti is home to a wide variety of animals, including impalas, buffaloes, crocodiles, and hippos, but it is best known for its enormous herds of zebras and wildebeest that migrate (depending on where they are and when you visit). The journey of the animals changes from year to year and is influenced by the rainfall. Along with the migrating herds, you might also spot lions, cheetahs, and leopards. You will have dinner and spend the night at the Serengeti Heritage Tented Camp or a comparable location.

Day 6: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

You will leave for a game drive through the Serengeti after an early breakfast. Before starting your travel to Ngorongoro Crater, you might be able to see wildlife. This 260 square kilometer, 600 meters deep UNESCO World Heritage Site has formed millions of years ago. Of all the parks in Tanzania, the crater offers the best game viewing because of its substantial animal population of about 25 000. Before midday, you will reach the crater rim. After entering the crater, you will quickly be able to spot wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, elephants, and some of the more than 500 bird species that inhabit the area. If you’re lucky, you might be able to see an endangered black rhino through the grass.
You will enjoy a picnic lunch brought from your Serengeti lodging before spending the entire day on the crater. After that, you’ll travel to Karatu to your lodging for dinner and an overnight stay outside of the crater.

Day 7: Karatu to Arusha

You will travel back to Arusha after breakfast in order to continue your journey to Zanzibar or home. As soon as you share an update with us, we’ll work with your plan in accordance with it. If you take a KLM aircraft to return home, we’ll provide you with a nice lunch and drop you off there. Additionally, you will have enough time to purchase gratuities.
